fair, in this instance I am more than just a father, I am an expert in the content, my son knows that I have been involved in several multi-million dollar employment trials and deal with employment issues all the time in my job, so while on the surface it might seem a bit odd, I give him props for reaching out to an expert when he was put in a bad situation by the CEO.
I know I certainly made a few errors in my early career and I probably would have been much better off using a lifeline and getting advice from someone who had experience, so ultimately I give him props, but I am sure it was weird for the CEO to hear, yeah, my dad is a CFO, can I loop him into this discussion.
