A vaguely stated opinion? I dare you to come up with one rule that would
be enforceable.

It was hard enough to enforce illicit patients before the ruling. You had rampant and well documented cases of anonymous cash payments on recruiting trips and in locker rooms. You also had large traceable transfers for things like homes for family members.

That was when any transfers of money of any kind were completely off limits. Now you merely have to pretend there's a NIL contract. If the NCAA tries to investigate, all you have to do is quickly draw up a contract and sign it. Heck, Legal Zoom probably already has a template for it.
