in many respects here, and I expect they will stay in the hunt while some will dramatically overshoot. Texas? Goodness, they have a history of overshooting, starting with coaching pay, firing the coaches, being stuck with buyouts, and so on. We'll see the pendulum swing a bit as the true value of these NILs becomes more apparent.
