Sometimes it baffles me that CB is so pro business. I think most people on CB are employees. The corporations they work for are literally profit machines. They care about you as an employee only to the degree that you are an effective cog in the machine. They are built from top to bottom to increase profits and decrease expenses. They are legally obligated to optimize return to share holders. I find it helpful to keep this in mind when interacting with them.
