BYU Grounds Intervention Needed
Been there done that. Current company realizes what a great job we do in sales..
We have a recurring revenue model. Sales gets paid on new sales for the first 12 months. Then its gravy for the company.

They just rely on sales to bring in new blood. We have a set quota that doesn't change but each year they have added different incentives for new products and sales attainment.

They underpay us on base but we make up for it on commission.
