goal for the year. Sales team blew past it in like 7 months, they were like awesome! (if we hit it, bonuses are supposed to be paid out at 100%) instead of giving everyone their bonus, and starting a new goal, they just made the goal significantly higher, and said, now we have to hit this goal by the end of the year for everyone to get their bonus!

Company made millions more that year than their goal for the year, and kept touting this huge success and how amazing it was etc, and then gave the 200 employees their regular $2000-3000 bonuses, lol
