Very true. Will soon increase my mortgage from 615 a month to 2900
Just finished building and made a bad choice on my last refinance not to cash out which at the time would have raised the mortgage rate from 2.85 to 3.3. For some dumb reason I really thought it was worth it not to cash out.
Anyway, in going over my budget it is very easy to see where cuts can be made and truly won’t hurt that much. Got used to a “cush” lifestyle and now I’ll go back to reality.
