Magneto 3rd String
Worked out great for us. All of our friends in our early 30’s either live in an
Apartment or live with parents. My wife is a stay at home mom which is rare in our circle of friends, my career paid for my masters degree. Only debt we have is our home. I wouldn’t change the way we did it. Most of my family were married and pregnant very early twenties and some have never rebounded 10 years later. Brother had to drop out of college to work FT to take care of family. He’s 31 now without a degree trying to figure out what he can do now for a career.

It’s a personal decision for each family and we felt that would be the best route for us and to have a family that would be taken care of. We built/bought a home in 2021 and the only way we were able to do it was we both worked our butts off. Most new LDS families only have 3 maybe 4 kids and stop. It’s too expensive to have any more than that. We started later in life with that but found out we’re much better off because we waited. To each their own.
