Yeah, pretty much. This is not the first time I've had to spend hours on the phone to sort out some inept billing
issue. I have another pending issue that I've been dealing with for over a year, (same healthcare system, but different provider) and I literally have yet to reach a single person that will even discuss it with me. I've sent messages, scheduled for callbacks, and waited on hold for HOURS. One time I got someone in billing to answer my call. She took notes to "pass along to the team," that was probably four months ago, and I've never heard anything back. My patience was already running a little thin from the start.
