Sooo....who do you think it was that submitted that bill for a second appointment?

Keep in mind that this is the same pediatrician who asked if I had any other questions at the end of a visit, and I asked a quick question about a different child. She said that she could answer the question, but that I would need to sign a paper so that she could bill the insurance for that "visit" with the other child as well.
