D1110: Prophylaxis, was the claim the insurance accepted and the dentist received payment. $80.

These claims were for the same procedure, same date of service. Which from my point of view was just like any other. Done by the hygienist without any numbing or anything that. I was just told it was a deep cleaning and didn't question it. The bill they sent me was for $423 just as a balance no date of service or service provided. That was my only time I went there and I paid $50 copay. None of those numbers add up in my book other than they screwed up or were trying to scam my insurance.
