The doctors note says no abnormal findings so he is obviously not the one billing the up code...maybe instead of getting all bent out of shape why don't you call the doctors office and talk to his billing specialist...this is a easy fix....no need to blow it out of proportion like this...my staff deal with this crap all the time...
