from the original choice. Once door 1 has been opened and the goat has been revealed it is not relevant to the choice I am now making. The choice I first made the choice is now a one of two choice. Regardless of which door I choose of the two remaining the car either is there or it isn't. Opening the door before I make my second choice makes no difference in my second decision because I know for a fact that regardless of what door I picked the host will show me a door with a goat.

I understand your thought process but don't agree that my odds are improved by swapping my original choice.
