there is parity in the state. Especially if you want to throw out non-impressive wins. I think the only truly impressive win in any in-state rivalry game in the last decade was 54-10. Everything else is within the margin of error when considering the circumstances. By that I mean, a "lucky" play here or there and the result goes another way. No one dominates the state anymore.

Parity is a three-way word using your standards, and I'm happy to agree to your standards for the purposes of this thread.
