Sense of entitlement
Shown in a few ways:
Blaming problems on bad apples
Talking about how much better everyone is this year.
Thinking they can just show up against certain teams.
Always saying that we are a P5 team.
We don't practice as long
Football is fifth

They need a chip on their shoulder. That chip needs to compel them to work harder in the weight room and film room.
They need to focus on playing harder and with more discipline than the other team whether it is Nebraska or Wagner.
They must want to prove to the other team that we don't need their stinkin conference.
From August to December or January football is number 1. Girlfriends disappear. Wives become football widows. You go to class and stay eligible. You don't fly to Vegas and drink on the bye week. You stay eligible.
We need leaders like John Beck and Cameron Jensen who are bought into the system and lead the others.

That is a lot but I think it is within the rules. Symptom is sense of entitlement.
