Maybe I misunderstood what you mean, but I don't think these posts
are, for the most part, talking about symptoms.
These, IMO, are they symptoms or our defensive struggles last year:
1.A poor pass rush. (honestly, you could stop here, since this is really the thing that killed us)
2.Poor coverage in passing situations
That's it, IMO. Not a lot of issues, but that was all it took.
