I wouldn't fire Bronco. I would gauge his interest in moving on and prod him in
that direction. The level of prodding would depend on the likelihood of my short list candidates.
The great majority on CB doesn't think Bronco is a BAD coach worthy of being fired. I think the anti-Bronco crowd mostly just think we have peaked with Bronco and want to give someone else a shot.
