I use the Rivals database.
http://sports.yahoo.com/ncaa/football/recruiting/recruit-search

To do the search choose the class year you are looking for. Choose the school you are looking for and check the box to show only recruits reporting an offer. If you don't check the offer box, then you get a list of recruits with "interest" in a school, but not necessarily an offer.

In the 2016 class the database shows 250 recruits with an Alabama offer. By comparison BYU had 60 offers. Some schools go absolutely crazy with offers, such as Louisville who offered 342 recruits. And since this is Cougarboard and there is an obsessive need to compare everything yo Utah, their offer list shows 188 recruits. (feel free to make whatever lame recruiting joke you choose to use)

The list isn't 100% correct for a variety of reasons, but it is a pretty good indicator of what is being discussed.
