I'm aware of that, I just don't see a huge value in kids at 9-10 snapping off hooks.
I've been in and around baseball my entire life...so I'm not just some random guy talking baseball. I've had multiple elbow surgeries because of baseball. Underdeveloped, skinny kids throwing breaking pitches isn't a good idea IMO.
Like I said, to each their own...IMO it's just much more beneficial to develop a solid change with control at a young age.

If you have a 9-10 yo throwing more than 2, maybe 3, pitches...you need a little help with coaching kids.

Snapping off a 12-6 isn't close to the same thing as a circle change. Arm motion(especially in the elbow) is completely
