He might not be explaining everything and I agree it could be embellished but
think if a kid is using the urinal with two guys on both sides of him. They could "misfire" and hit his boy and thus really pee on the kid. I am sure the kid wasn't on the ground surrounded by 5 guys all peeing on him at once but who knows except for the people that were there.
