And for some reason it seams like a reverse sear would be easier for a large bunch of steaks. Put them on your smoker or in your oven at a low-ish temperature to cook them all to about 110-115 degrees and then throw them all together onto a hot grill to sear them all at once if you have the grill space.
Actually, you could do the same with my original method. Sear them all in batches using a couple hot pans on your stove top, then transfer to a pan or large tray after searing. Then put them all in the oven together to cook to temp.
