I don't know of very many coaches that can come in to a new school while bringing in an almost completely different coaching staff and win 9+ games their first year. I think Urban Meyer did it at Ohio State, Jim Harbaugh did it at Michigan, and Chris Peterson had 8 wins at Washington. I'm not saying Kalani's going to lead us to the promised land, but what he did here is incredible, and I think given time, he can get us back to winning 10+ games a season.
