Agreed. But when someone says "Grass is green". Do you argue?

Of course you'd be right but it also makes you incredibly unpleasant to deal with.
What I'm saying is that BYU's average strength of schedule is going to be more difficult than any previous or current G8 program's average strength of schedule over the long haul, had over many years. It will be more difficult to go undefeated because the schedule will be more difficult. But you can be right. Grass is not always green.
