I am under the assumption that walk-ons can't use a redshirt year but can't find anything to support that.
Chaz Ah You - think he breaks into the two-deep
Tariq Buchanan - could see him being a contributor on Special Teams
Joe Critchlow - walk-on (I think - still unclear what his scholarship situation is)
Keenan Ellis - may redshirt to give another year between him and Warner/Ghonwoloku; if he or Gunter perform well in fall camp we may see one of the CBs convert to Safety
Garrett England - think he breaks the two-deep at OLB
Lorenzo Fauatea - considering the coaches want to play three-deep on the DL I think there is some PT for him this year
Holden Fielding - walk-on
Mango Finau - only 17 years old; the last two 17 year old freshmen at BYU (Jamaal Williams & Ian Dulan) got PT as true freshmen; depth is weak on the interior OL and think he will get limited snaps
D'angelo Gunter - may redshirt to give another year between him and Warner/Ghonwoloku; if he or Ellis perform well in fall camp we may see one of the CBs convert to Safety
Matt Hadley - if he doesn't break the two-deep this year, I don't know why coaches would want to keep him around another year
Bentley Hanshaw - I think he will be a big surprise in fall camp and will end up seeing limited reps behind Bushman and MLP
Nate Heaps - walk-on
Jacob Jimenez - should redshirt due to injury
Zach Katoa - walk-on
Mo Langi - heard he was a greyshirt candidate
David Lui - think he will redshirt; on my original list
Neil Pau'u - walk-on
Keanu Saleapaga - considering the coaches want to play three-deep on the DL I think there is some PT for him this year
Will Sedgwick - RM who got back in the spring; just have a feeling he will perform well in the fall and coaches will want him as the backup MLB
Johnny Tapusoa - supposedly in the two-deep at OLB last year but was moved to ILB (where there is a lot of depth) for the spring; not sure what his future at BYU looks like
Cade Thompson - walk-on
Langi Tuifua - considering the coaches want to play three-deep on the DL I think there is some PT for him this year
Earl Tuioti-Mariner - considering the coaches want to play three-deep on the DL I think there is some PT for him this year
