There is a real issue in trying to get games in Provo, the "big" programs don't like to leave home, other than for tournaments/neutrals, and definitely don't want to go to a huge road arena at altitude. The best we've done is get return games to Salt Lake (pseudo neutral) with Arizona and Michigan State.
This makes it tough, since the home team has a decent advantage. So you run the risk of losing 3 or 4 road games, hoping you can will a couple, and that even losing will help your RPI versus playing winnable games at home, where you hope the teams are good enough that year to help your RPI.
