Rather than just making the appeal public, the poster's rap sheet might need to be made public. So when they're arguing about how unfair their suspension is, those peeping at the proceedings can also see that there (possibly) has been 8 or 10 warnings/suspensions in the last few weeks for the exact same, or at least very similar, thing.
