Do you guys realize what you're asking for? You have a post that most likely violated the rules, and you're asking for that post, or even just the appeals thread which would obviously be discussing that post, to be put back out into GenPop for all to see. That kind of defeats the point of having any rules at all, doesn't it?

I don't always agree with the moderation either. Most of the times I deserved the penalties I got, but there have been a few head scratchers. But it's Jefe's site. We choose to use it, and abide by his rules. If we don't like the rules, we can walk, as many have.
