I haven't followed it too closely so maybe this is already happening...
...but rather than make public accusations using names, I'd hope people are saying things like
#MeToo--My boss grabbed my breasts
or #MeToo--My boss said if I didn't go on a date with him I was fired
or
#MeToo--A coworker said my hair looked nice
Then we could have a public discussion about what is and isn't harassment and abuse. The first two? Yes. The third? No way.
