theaters out there. Plus, if you want to go do some outdoor type things, Great Falls and the Shenandoah Valley are close by. Northern Virginia is great--there's a hundred places to explore. If you decide on Crystal City, make sure to spend some time in Alexandria. There's not a ton of chain restaurants there, but places are open late, and the food is excellent.
