I use Liberty HealthShare.
$450/month for the family. It's NOT health insurance, they have to say, but it works almost identicle to health insurance.
Christian Healthcare Ministries is another just like it. I used them for a couple years. Same cost. Works fine, though lots more paperwork and long wait periods before reimbursement.

Same, I use Liberty Healthshare, $450 a month, 1 Million max per incident. I have used it for about 3 years, no problems

I have family coverage through healthcare.gov and also use Christian Healthcare Ministries. Total is about $1,100/mo.
