Nope - really we all just pay $450 ($441 right now) into the main account. You
can see online who your portion went to. Makes it more sharing. Something like $300 went to Jon & Abigail. $100 went to Tim R.
Anything between 100K & 1MM are handled via an insurance policy the healthshare takes out. (Kind of like midcourt basketball shots! 🙂
I think there is a $75 a year "administration" fee, but I don't recall at the moment. Also a $125 application fee. No physical was required to join either.

Same, I use Liberty Healthshare, $450 a month, 1 Million max per incident. I have used it for about 3 years, no problems

I have family coverage through healthcare.gov and also use Christian Healthcare Ministries. Total is about $1,100/mo.
