I'm on Liberty HealthShare and love it.

About $440 a month for my family (I'm 39).

$1500 out of pocket then everything else gets covered.

We had a baby this year, I also broke my foot/ankle requiring surgery. . . since $1500 was all met by reason of baby, my surgery/X-rays/etc. were covered.

As an added bonus, I was concerned about all the follow up doctor visits this year (surgery was December) and possible rehab.  Would I have to meet the $1500 deductible again?  I called them up and they said EVERYTHING associated with this injury would be billed to the same code taking place in December.  This includes rehab if necessary.  No costs for this year though treatment is ongoing.

Note:  The healtshare requires code of conduct... no sex outside marriage, no drinking, smoking, etc.
