How long ago was your surgery? We had a baby back in July at an IHC hospital
and it's been nothing but trouble getting them to work Liberty Health Share.
From what I've experience, if you have Liberty you can use IHC or U of U Healthcare as these providers will balance bill you for everything that Liberty doesn't pay.

Same, I use Liberty Healthshare, $450 a month, 1 Million max per incident. I have used it for about 3 years, no problems

I have family coverage through healthcare.gov and also use Christian Healthcare Ministries. Total is about $1,100/mo.
