It’s what I do, even in competitive games
As a coach, if you don’t plan out playing time for the weakest players, they will get the shaft and won’t get to develop and have a good experience. Whatever their playing time is, plan for it and get it in early so if you have have to ride the stars at the end, the weaker players have already had a chance to play.
