the situation in many games this year. (We are pretty good) So it ends up being like 18-19 kids splitting time in B squad. I have talked to other teams to put a few C squad games in place, but I have been told that I am to win the A squad game. And the team can't find rhythm playing 15 kids.
I was open with the kids at the beginning of the season about the playing time situation. They seemed like they just wanted to be a part of the team, which I love. I got a volunteer to help in practices and when it is all said and done, I will have grown as a coach, they will grow personally and as a team, and I will get a 3000 dollar check and we all live happily ever after.
