nope, each can be claimed for use as 'business entertainment', the IRS might give him crap about the cost versus his
profitability and revenue, but all he has to do is keep a log of what activities he used them for (and that can be fabricated).
The bigger issue is that in principle, if he uses them at any time for personal use he is supposed to pay the company for their use at fair market value.
