The world would be happier place if we all followed President Hinckley's advive

And "silence our voice of cynicism and criticism" a little more often. There is a definitely a place and need for feedback and correction, but oftentimes we simply use that excuse to unnecessarily belittle or criticize someone. Definitely something I am trying to work on.
