No; the low participation level isn't worth the time, effort and bad feelings
We usually schedule a YM basketball tournament once a year, but have very low rates of interest and participation. But the pros outnumber the cons (just barely) so we hold the tournament. I suspect the balance will tip the other way in coming years.
The balance has already tipped against a men's league and/or tournament.
This isn't an SP thing, it's a general membership thing.

It my former Stake it was banned because of High Councilors and Bishopric members fighting and swearing.
