Thanks for the non-obtuse chiding. Please oh all knowing one. Tell me how to do it right.

I’d actually like to hear thoughts on getting apathetic people and wards to buy in. I don’t want to ref 12 games a week. Would love more help. SP member knows and told bishops to call 2 people per ward to help. Still crickets.
