I'm giving Kalani a pass last season because Detmer was not his call. It was
Holmoe's. Holmoe should've given that responsibility to Kalani instead of putting his coaching hat on. Grimes is Kalani's call so from here on it's on him where the team goes.

A great HC would have helped Detmer become a great OC rather that continually denigrate him in public.
