help in that aspect but I have way more faith it Ty with Xs and Os than with Grimes. I may be surprised and hope I am but even though some may disagree, I believe that we didn't have a scheme or play-calling issue last year for the most part. It was a lack of execution problem which existed in every aspect of the team so I can't give Kalani a pass on that.

I truly hope Kalani succeeds and I can hold him in high regard as a coach again. I just think he has been in over his head. I'm for giving him additional time but I think the same should have been afforded to Detmer. I don't fault Kalani for firing him because it takes heat of him but we'll see if Grimes is the super-hero people are making him out to be.
