Uhh Went 6-6 his first season and never once after that, so yes your analysis is
Very inaccurate and partial. He won less than 8 games twice and won 10 or more 5 times. So 6-6 isn't close to what his "benchmark" was.

A great HC would have helped Detmer become a great OC rather that continually denigrate him in public.
