I wouldn't mind this. How do you schedule with 12 teams?

I would hope that the conference officials help to stack the schedule to ensure that the Big 3 play each other home-away every year. That could benefit RPI and other optics that argue for more tournament bids.

Would Zags and BYU be travel partners?

Saint Mary's-Pacific
San Francisco-Santa Clara
Pepperdine-LMU
Portland-Seattle
San Diego-GCU
Gonzaga-BYU

GCU gets a pretty good crowd and would instantly be #2 in WCC attendance, ahead of Gonzaga. Last year, GCU averaged 6,817 fans per home game; Gonzaga averaged 6,000. I note that GCU Arena has 7,000 seats, so they were at 97% capacity, with a WAC home schedule.
