league compared to the MWC. The MWC is basically a continuation of the WAC without Utah and BYU. If you include the old WAC with Utah, BYU, San Diego State, New Mexico, UTEP and UNLV (did they join while it was still the WAC or MWC) I would take that history over the WCC. I know, San Francisco won a couple Natty’s in the 50’s with Russell. Byu and Utah also won Championships in the 40’s. UNLV won won in 91 and is considered one of the best college teams of all time. UTEP also won one with Haskins. New Mexico has a really good history.
