I thought that header was going to continue with

saying he'd be fired, and almost laughed. ha But yes, dudes leaving on their own, absolutely. I guess if we have a combo of guys leaving on their own and guys being pushed out, we'll have a whole lot of room to actually recruit!!! ha Ya know, I mean to recruit more lower end guys to fill those spots, of course.
