and my wife was also a college student. We pretty much paid for our educations and living expense ourselves, she got some help from her dad with her school pre marriage so she didn't have a lot left when we got married but I pretty much had all of mine left. It was tough. I remember both of us were working and going to school and we'd have a week left before either of us got paid and we would have any money left at all because we'd paid our rent, utilities, tithing, etc.

We'd go to one of our parents houses to eat almost every day because we couldn't afford any food so we were fortunate to have that available to us. it was tough but we made it through.
