moved up to live with in-laws. That was pretty sucky. but then we decided to move back to So. Cal and I decided to go back to school to finish my degree. Found a job with a small internet marketing company (this was 96). Unfortunately it was a joke of a company. Turned out it was a crap company and my last two paychecks bounced. That was so wonderful. Right before Christmas.

Had to get food from the Bhishps storehouse and the ward paid one month's rent. We were so poor that we could not afford to even buy a Douglas Fir christmas tree so we took the lights we would have put on the tree and taped them on the wall in the shape of a christmas tree. We saved up what we could to buy our 3 year old a single christmas present.

It was a tough time, but we got through it and now it is a great story to tell.
