I rarely ever agree with you. We obivously see BYU sports differently. I Believe most cbers are too proud to go back to the MWC or join the AAC.
I must admit that not being in a P5 conference is a killer. If and that is a big if, BYU was able to recruit better talent than maybe Independence would work. I just have not seen any improvement in BYU since we went indy. Basketball in the WCC has been much worse than I ever imagined.
I just don't see us competing against P5 level teams while not in a P5 conference that could help us recruit p5 talent.

That worked so well last time... We go G5 you decrease our P5 chances dramatically. You also have to for sure buy out or
