I eat a regularly dinner and then I drink water every morning, eating something super minimal for breakfast and lunch. I drink about 2-3 liters of water through the day. It helps me avoid almost all hunger pains.
By super minimal I mean something like a carrot or bell pepper. I was about 45 lbs overwieght, now about 32 lbs overweight.
It's been highly effective and I still eat sugar, carbs, etc. (last night after a fairly healthy dinner I ate nutella on a piece of bread).
Key to me has been staying hydrated and going for about 18 hours with very little food everyday. Eat a small lunch (sometimes bigger, sometimes smaller) and then dinner at 6.
Reminds me of the old slimfast ads... a shake for breakfast, a shake for lunch, and a sensible meal for dinner.
