Great job, man. I’m down 45+ since Thanksgiving and zeroing in on my goal of
190 and/or 32” waist.
I’ve found that the motivation is all great a dandy (I wanted to feel and look better as I entered my 40s) but the real difference maker for me was discipline and routine.
Anyone wanting only to find the easy way instead of bettering themselves (like I used to) will find it VERY hard to maintain.
